Please note that by purchasing a ticket to this outdoor event you signify your agreement to these conditions of sale.
1. In the event of bad weather, the event may be modified in the interest of comfort or safety, but only in the face of the most extreme circumstances will it be cancelled.

2. No dogs. No private barbeques. No naked flames.

3.Particular performers, times of performances, musical content and other published details represent the best intentions of the promoters, but Concertmakers Ltd reserves the right to make alterations when circumstances dictate.

4. Gazebo spaces do not include gazebo or admission tickets. Spaces are allocated in advance by Concertmakers Ltd.

5. At the Bentley Prom, the area directly in front of the stage will be resrved for those sitting on blankets.
