The Motor Museum

The Motor MuseumThe Motor Museum was the first large scale addition to Bentley since Mary Askew gave the estate to East Sussex.
It was set up by Hugh Stuart-Roberts who owned many vintage cars and gained enormous pleasure from them until he retired. This is not, however, a private collection as the vehicles are lent by many individual owners who wish them to be more widely seen and enjoyed. They are generally in running order and used on the roads. The Collection is, therefore, liable to change.
Bentley is a fine setting, not only because it shares its name with one of the greatest and most famous of British cars, but also because motoring history has been made in Sussex.
